Our services are contract free and you can cancel anytime.
- One visit per month: $30
- Two visits per month: $60
- Three visits per month: $70
- Four visits per month: $80
This pricing is only for the inspection
With this service we'll come out to your property every month, walk it front to back and asses for anything that could use repairs or maintenance.
Things we look at include debris or broken windows, issues with the roof, any possible water leaks, mold or mildew, AC issues, possible signs of break in.
We will keep you in the loop with anything that's going on at your property to give you peace of mind while you're away.
Once you get signed up we'll do an initial walkthrough with you. This is so we can get to know each other and go over anything specific you want us to keep an eye on.
We can do reporting over email, text, or phone calls.

The cost for this service is $50, this does not include clean up.

Post storm we can assess any damage, clear away debris, and help organize any additional needed repairs.
